About

I started as a developer who wanted to ship things, not just write code. Over the years that turned into a focus on products, small teams, and ideas that can grow from a prototype into something real.

I live in Mödling, just outside Vienna.

Right now I am building Fupla, a simple way to create football matches and share them by link, and SWIQ, a social video challenge app, together with Ilker Dogru. The thread through all of it is the same: make something simple enough that people know what to do without a tutorial.

This site is where I write in public about that process. Products, entrepreneurship, learning, and the messy parts in between.

I train most mornings.
